Brand strategy & website copywriting for Quiet Connections

Copywriting and strategy for mental health CIC, Quiet Connections

Quiet Connections is a CIC doing amazing things to help people who are introverted, sensitive, shy or socially anxious, providing coaching and meet-up opportunities so they can flourish as their true quiet selves.

Founders Hayley and Stacie originally came to me needing help with their Cornwall Meet-Ups (copywriting and marketing) but, after we completed the first piece of work and they secured some additional funding, they decided to work with me on a wider strategic branding project.

We started with a phase of communications strategy, where I helped them to get to the crux of who exactly they’re for, what value they’re offering that audience and how to communicate with them in the right way — all of which had previously felt pretty muddled. Once we had their unique tone of voice and brand foundations pinned down, I helped to create compelling on-brand messaging, re-name their group coaching programme and overhaul the copy for their whole eleven page website…taking it from loaded-with-text to nice-and-concise.

Here’s what Founder Hayley had to say:

“I LOVED working with Hannah! She really made sure that she understood the people that Quiet Connections is here for and what change we want to create in the world. Hannah was so easy to work with and, even though she didn't personally see herself in our quiet audience, we had complete trust in her. She asked lots of questions, invited challenge and gently challenged us too. She even picked up on a fire that was within our leadership team, but missing in our communications and brought this out as a core value. The additional communications strategy she's written for us has really helped to pull the team together and brought new areas of discussion to life. Having completed one project with Hannah, it was a no-brainer to go back to have our whole website re-written!”
